Having Trouble Setting Goals?

Having Trouble Setting Goals?

Have you ever set goals, only to fall short of achieving them at the end of the day? I have, and at such times it is easy to get into a spiral of negativity and thinking that you are not able to achieve what you set out to do.

But that is not usually true. Sometimes our inability to achieve our goals is simply a result of not having made the goals achievable in the first place.

Firstly, if you want to make it easier to achieve your goals it is a good idea to write them down. However, you have to know the right way to write the goals and that is by manking them SMART. This simple acronym could make the difference between achievable goals and wish lists.

So I thought I would share a very useful write up on goal setting with you that I have put on my other website.

Check this web page for some useful tips and advice on SMART goal setting

Be sure to download and utilise the SMART goals worksheet and follow through the example.

All the best setting and achieving your goals.
