Tried and Tested Tips
That's right - you won't find theories here, just simple practical tips to help you achieve more and be more, for yourself and for others:

"Hate the deeds, not the person."
I learnt recently that there is no such thing as a problem person. There is only a learning person.

There is a lesson to be learnt in every situation we go through in life. When we continue to make the same mistakes or do the same wrong things it simply means that we are not learning the lesson.

Until we learn that lesson the same situations will be presented to us over and over again. When we learn the lesson we are ready to move on to the next level.

So whatever you are going through ask yourself what lesson you are supposed to learn from it. Learn it. Apply it. Move on and grow.

Secondly, stop perceiving other people as being a problem. Consider them as learners who are making their mistakes because they are not learning from their experiences. Separate the problem from the person.

Remember, there are no problem people, only learners.

Dr. Mo's Quotes
Here are some power-packed quotes from some of the articles I have written:

“Time does not change things. We do.”

“Before you jump into anything always understand what you stand to lose and ensure that it is outweighed by what you stand to gain.”

“Your attitude when things go wrong is ultimately more important than the event itself and is what will determine if the outcome will be positive or negative.”
